Quadball Australia, and indeed, the sport of quadball, is entirely volunteer run. We rely entirely on people dedicating their time to grow and improve the sport, for which we are incredibly grateful. Volunteering can be extremely rewarding, is a great way to develop new friendships in the community, and expand your own repertoire of skills.
Quadball Australia is actively seeking volunteers for the roles described below.

Elite - Director; Eden Hodge
The Elite committee has been proposed to help shape the future of elite Quadball in Australia. The QA board has identified the following 4 goals:
Review the Current State of Elite Quadball: Analyse the current landscape using data from recent player/staff feedback processes to identify strengths and weaknesses of our current structure.
Assess the Standing Squad Model: Investigate whether a standing squad is fit for purpose in Australia, including identifying benefits and drawbacks, taking into account the realities of geographical spread, the size of our player base and financial constraints.
Revamp the Selection Process: Refine and improve the selection process for both staff positions and players, collaborating closely with the Diversity, Inclusivity, and Community Engagement committee. Develop selection rubrics that promote inclusivity and equal opportunity for all, while considering our unique circumstances.
Support the QA Board: Provide recommendations to the QA board regarding timelines for elite Quadball campaigns to assist with logistic decision-making.
